Privacy & data

Age eligibility

Repverna accounts are for people age 18 or older. New members confirm this when creating an email account. We do not collect birth dates for this check. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use someone else’s account.

What you choose to share

When you create an account, we use your email and sign-in information to run it. We save the workout plans and sessions you enter, measurements and goals you record, daily steps and active calories you choose to send, outdoor activities and GPS routes you choose to record, feedback you send, your meal planner answers and saved menu, the color theme you select, and notification choices you turn on. Imports use the files or Google Sheets links you choose. The BMR calculator calculates an estimate in your browser. Outdoor tracking uses your device’s location only after you tap Start and grant permission. Recording pauses when you leave Repverna. A temporary unsaved route draft may remain on this device until you save or discard it. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives a request when you view a route.

Who sees it

Members in the same training room can see that room’s plan and saved workout records. Bodyweight, other measurements, goals, steps, active calories, outdoor activities, GPS routes, and your meal planner answers and menu appear only in your own account interface. The app operator and service providers have technical access needed to maintain the service and handle requests; we do not display your measurements in owner insights.

Feedback appears in the owner inbox without your account name. Common email and phone patterns are removed from the message, but this filtering may miss contact information. Your account is associated with your feedback internally to prevent spam and to show you its status or send an update when you enable notifications. App insights count section opens in daily totals without attaching a member or device ID to those counts. Owner visits are excluded from new section-open counts; older totals may include them.

Notifications and service providers

If you opt in, a push service stores a subscription for this device to deliver partner updates, morning motivation and workout reminders you choose. Turn them off in Settings or in your device’s notification settings. We use Firebase for email sign-in, Cloudflare for app hosting and storage, and email delivery when configured for feedback. Notification delivery involves the browser’s push provider.

Your choices

Settings lets you download your account data, including saved daily activity totals, and send an access, correction or deletion request. You can disconnect a personal Shortcut key in Tools; this stops new updates but keeps existing totals. You can also remove individual measurement entries and outdoor activities with their routes. A deletion request is reviewed individually; sending one does not delete data right away. Shared room plans and other members’ own records may remain after a member leaves. We keep account records while needed to run the service and process requests. Operational records and backups may persist according to provider retention practices. If you signed in with ChatGPT, its account is managed separately by OpenAI.

For account questions or a privacy request, sign in and use Settings → Data & privacy. We will show request updates there. Do not include sensitive personal details in an Ideas message.
